Day Delegate Rates start from £47.50 plus VAT per person, subject to availability and your catering requirements on bookings up to 50 delegates.  The Day Delegate rate includes:

* Hire of main meeting room from 08:00 - 17:30
         Delegate notepads and pencils
         Mineral water and mints

* Audio Visual Package including
         LCD Projector and screen or plasma screen, plus a flipchart
         Technician for up to 1 hour set up if required then available as per our terms and conditions

* Hire of private catering area
         On arrival tea, coffee, mineral water and biscuits
         Mid morning tea. coffee, mineral water and biscuits
         Sandwich, Crips & Friut Luncheon with mineral water, tea and coffee
         Mid-afternoon tea, coffee, mineral water and biscuits

* Tour of the private Williams F1 Grand Prix Collection, Technology and Trophy Rooms

* Security gates and private car parking

* Dedicated Events Manager

* Complimentary WiFi
