The RBS Williams F1 Conference Centre has launched their new in-house event design and management service.

The new service offers an in-house consultancy package to provide clients with everything they need to create and deliver successful events under one roof including concept development, event management, set design, speakers and presentation training and more...

We provide as much or as little support for your event as you require, we can provide support on all aspects of an event from the initial creation through to looking after your delegates on the day.

Our consultation packages are listed below, but first we will meet with you to understand the reasons for holding the event, the objectives of the event, the number and profile of the delegates attending, the creative element and return on investment. Once we have a good idea of what you are trying to achieve we can determine the level service you require.

All of the following elements are included in the event /conference management package:

Concept development
Ensuring that a given event truly represents the message or product that is to be showcased

Event formatting and design
Constructing the “nuts and bolts” of the event to ensure that all logistics, timings and catering are fully co-ordinated with delegate, host and venue requirements

Specialist dynamic event design
Bring to life a given event and create dynamic, audio and visual delegate participation

"Reveal"
Create an impact by developing a bespoke “reveal” for new product

Event management
On site event management. Ensure that the day operates to plan by using on site specialist event managers to co-ordinate the day, event, venue, staff and delegates.

Health and Safety
Making sure that your event is safe and falls within any government guidelines.

Presentation training
Ensure that all presenters and speakers are confident and thoroughly prepared. Help with presentation writing and speech development as well as actual public speaking.

The following are services that can be provided on a one off basis, as well as part of an Event Design and Management Package:

All set design and construction will be charged on an event by event basis, as all are bespoke and by definition different.

Delegate handling
A team of staff can be provided to “sign on” delegates and ensure that they are escorted around the event in a friendly and timely manner.

Set design and construction
We are able to bring to life your idea through constructing the appropriate set and back drop for your event.

Promotional Staff
Any number of promotional staff, male or female can be provided to add a little glamour to the day.

Presenters / Hosts
Use specialist trained presenters to host your event or deliver key note speaking. ( All presenters are trained and sales/aftersales/ management trainers).
